At Mentorsko Ltd. (operating as SoftKivo) ("we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, use, and safeguard your information when you use our browser extensions, website, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in data minimization and only collect what is absolutely necessary for the Services to function. The information we may collect includes:
- Account and Subscription Data: When you subscribe to our service, we collect your email address generated by Stripe to manage your license. Your actual payment details (credit card number) are handled entirely securely by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
- Extension Usage Data: The extension operates primarily in your browser. We do NOT collect, read, or store the contents of your targeted social media accounts, passwords, or direct messages. We may collect basic diagnostic data (such as app version and basic error logs) to improve the software.
- Cookies & Local Storage: Using the extension utilizes your browser’s local storage to save your settings and authentication token locally on your device.
- Analytics & Tracking: When you visit our website, we use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze web traffic. Google Analytics may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. You can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
The extension's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We strictly process data solely to provide the documented features and do not sell your data, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information & Legal Basis
We use your information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, our legal bases for processing your data include:
- Performance of a Contract: To provide our Services and verify your active subscription license.
- Legitimate Interests: To monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions, analyze website traffic via tools like Google Analytics to improve user experience, provide customer support, and improve our software.
- Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Consent: When you have explicitly granted us permission to process your data for a specific purpose (such as marketing emails or optional tracking).
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information we have collected about you in the following limited situations:
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services for us, such as secure payment processing (Stripe) and cloud hosting.
- Legal Obligations: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law.
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
4. Your Global Privacy Rights

- Right to Access & Portability: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can ask us to delete all personal data we have about you (note that this may require cancelling your active subscriptions).
- Right to Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Restrict or Object to Processing: You have the right to limit or object to our processing of your data under certain circumstances.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA):
We do not sell your personal information, nor do we share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to request information about our data collection practices over the past 12 months and request deletion of your data without facing discrimination.

5. International Data Transfers
Information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we or our service providers maintain facilities. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules. Whenever we transfer personal data outside the EEA or the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by utilizing appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not designed for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
7. Security & Data Retention
